Marelli is seeking a Program Manager with deep knowledge in software development (DV/PV Test), mechanical design basics, optics, and hardware graphics to join the Electronics Division in Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will report to the Project Manager and lead electronics projects across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and purchasing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Typical 5+ years in project management within automotive electronics or related sector.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF16949, ASPICE, ISO26262) is highly desirable.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver electronics projects on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, resources and risks.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
