Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Global Ecommerce UX and Content Designer to support the Content and UX/UI strategy for the global eCommerce platform, based in Aguascalientes. You will craft product content, visuals, and digital assets while collaborating with regional teams to ensure brand alignment.

You will manage the UX/UI lifecycle, run both qualitative and quantitative research, and prepare design documentation for engineering.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement Ecommerce Content Strategy across digital channels.
• Create & manage digital content including product descriptions, images, videos, brochures, and banners.
• Support end-to-end UX/UI lifecycle: conduct research, craft wireframes/prototypes, and document specs for engineers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-brand, consistent visuals and messages.
• Develop and execute a social media content plan for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to boost engagement.
