Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Due Diligence Coordinator to support the Global Security function of a leading technology client. This role sits at the intersection of third‑party risk management, intelligence gathering, and operational program delivery, serving as a critical coordinator within the client's Due Diligence and Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to produce clear written reports, briefs, summaries, and analytical products.
• 2+ years of experience in intelligence, investigative research, due diligence, risk consulting, corporate security, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and experience producing reports and analyses.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third-party risk management and due diligence engagements across full lifecycle, tracking requests and delivering on timelines.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external suppliers; manage communications and deliverables.
• Conduct OSINT and open-source investigations; collect, analyze, and disseminate timely intelligence for risk assessments.
• Produce internal summaries and risk briefs; synthesize information into clear, actionable reporting.
• Perform administrative tasks, update tracking systems, and support dashboards and program metrics.
