Job summary

You will drive procurement initiatives, strengthen supplier partnerships, and identify opportunities to optimize costs and enhance supply reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years' experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain sourcing.
• Experience in supplier development and cost reduction strategies.
• LEAN manufacturing knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute category sourcing plans for direct spend areas across markets.
• Lead supplier selection and negotiations via RFX/RFP processes.
• Analyze spending, market conditions, and total cost of ownership to support strategic purchasing.
• Utilize analytics, market intelligence, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to monitor supplier performance and identify savings opportunities.
• Manage supplier partnerships, contracts, and pricing challenges.
