Job summary

Forvia in Querétaro is seeking a Program Manufacturing Leader to oversee all manufacturing aspects of a program from acquisition through SOP plus 6 months. You will lead the core team, ensure manufacturability, develop production systems and manage launch.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5–10 years in production, experience in program launches, strong technical skills, and English proficiency. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 5–10 years of experience in production area, including Manufacturing Engineering.
• Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System, experience in Program Launch with a plant.
• Proven technical skills on product and process.
• Ability to manage a functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network.
• English required.

Main responsabilities:

As a member of the Program Core Team, he/she is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the Program. His/Her mission last from the Acquisition phase till SOP + 6 months.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering; 5 to 10 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System, experience in Program Launch with a plant.
• Proven technical skills on product and process.
• Ability to manager functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network.
• Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)
• English required.
• Travel : As needed
