Job summary

Dematic seeks a DevOps Engineer to own the operation, automation, and further development of DevOps tools. You will drive improvements in pipelines, container orchestration, and tooling, collaborating with Application DevOps teams to optimize delivery and reliability.

Role emphasizes interfacing with multiple teams, coordinating rollout activities, and maintaining hands-on ownership across CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure automation in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• IT degree with three years of professional experience.
• Confident handling of the Linux Command Line
• Customer-oriented mindset and have a hands-on mentality when implementing your tasks.
• Eager to take on new challenges and expand knowledge base in a dynamic environment
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership
• Balance between operations and project work.
• Tech stack you will work with: Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure Cloud.
• Good to have: Terraform, Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes, Java, Sonarqube, Nginx.

Responsibilities

• Look for new, innovative solutions and test new products.
• Our team advises and helps colleagues in the Application DevOps Platform with improvements, maintenance, and extensions such as Jenkins Pipelines, Kubernetes Clusters, Terraform Scripts, GitHub, Jira administration.
• You work out interfaces and dependencies to other products to find efficient solutions with colleagues.
• Coordinate rollout activities in collaboration with other teams and local organizational units.
