• 10+ years of professional experience in delivery management or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex software projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery activities ensuring on-time, high-quality commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for delivery-related matters with client, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Own execution and governance of SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Drive alignment between client expectations and team plans.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and delivery reviews.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, blockers.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams.
• Track capacity and workload for effective planning.
• Communicate delivery metrics and milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and delivery best practices.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate efforts across distributed teams in global environments.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 10+ years of professional experience to oversee the day-to-day delivery operations of a key client project. This role is responsible for ensuring successful execution, maintaining delivery quality, managing operational risks, and fostering strong collaboration between the client and the delivery team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive projects toward successful outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery activities for the project, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters with the client, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Own the execution and governance of project SLAs and contractual commitments, ensuring delivery teams consistently meet agreed service levels and client expectations.
• Drive alignment between client expectations, business objectives, and team execution plans.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, delivery reviews, and planning sessions with stakeholders and project teams.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Monitor team capacity and workload to support effective planning and execution.
• Track and communicate delivery metrics, project status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolution efforts when critical issues arise.
• Ensure adherence to project processes, quality standards, and delivery best practices.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Coordinate efforts across distributed teams and support effective collaboration in global environments.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with project management and delivery management tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in delivery management, project management, program management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software development or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, resource planning, and delivery execution.
• Ability to analyze delivery metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Experience working with distributed teams and coordinating efforts across multiple regions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
