Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a global nonprofit to fill a Data & Systems Specialist role based in Mexico. This fully remote position focuses on data management, CRM administration, integrations, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows across international teams.

You will work with Salesforce, Google Workspace, SQL, and REST APIs to improve data quality, automate processes, and deliver dashboards for leadership worldwide. Strong analytical skills and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with APIs, Salesforce, Google Workspace, SQL, data visualization, automation and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality and reliability across systems.
• Configure and support CRM administration and other platforms.
• Build integrations and automated workflows between platforms.
• Develop dashboards and BI reports for leadership.
• Collaborate across international teams and translate requirements into technical tasks.
