ICP is seeking an entry-level Global Librarian to support the Digital Asset Management (DAM) operations team. You will ensure accurate, searchable, and well-governed digital content, while assisting with metadata quality, publishing, user access, and documentation.

You will develop expertise in DAM, metadata, content operations, and digital governance with a focus on detail-oriented, service-minded work. This is an early-career role with growth opportunities in a global environment.

Formación

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in digital media, digital asset management, library science, archiving, content operations, or large datasets.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, content quality, DAM platforms is helpful; willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply standards consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest, download, upload, organize, and publish digital assets in accordance with client guidelines.
• Enrich asset metadata and complete data entry or cleanup to improve accuracy and searchability.
• Perform quality assurance on assets, files, tags, and metadata before publication or distribution.
• Audit assets and metadata for completeness, consistency, naming, taxonomy, rights, and other standards.
• Support metadata quality assurance and search optimization.
• Assist with migration tasks and validate transferred files and metadata.
