GE Vernova is seeking a qualified professional to support its centralized library tool for access to technical standards. You will administer the Standards Library, optimize procurement workflows, and develop data analyses to drive decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and web applications/e-business
• Demonstrated change agent with cross-functional teams
• Global mindset and cultural sensitivity
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills; ability to influence
• English fluency in written and spoken form
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables), Smartsheet, DocuSign and web apps (Power BI, Jagger, CCL, Sievo)
• Excellent customer service

Responsabilidades

• Define and fulfill all library tool administration needs
• Develop and maintain workflows to optimize procurement processes
• Develop, fulfill and document data analysis and KPIs for decision making
• Monitor library data and trends for continuous improvement opportunities
• Configure user interfacing front end of library tool for optimal access to standards
• Strategic Contract Management: manage supplier contracts to uphold sourcing standards
• Drive timely execution of regulatory standards to mitigate compliance risk
• Manage full procure-to-pay process including usage analysis, stakeholder engagement, PO lifecycle and invoice resolution
• Maintain shared workspaces (SharePoint, Box) as a single source of truth
