The role involves coordinating digital assets, guiding content in the DAM, organizing metadata, access control, and workflow integration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of project management, and/or operational experience
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Experience supporting a complex process
• Proven success in operating in a matrixed or team environment
• Ability to support a high volume of projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across various parts of the organization
• Experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry

Responsabilidades

• Upload and organize digital assets in the DAM system
• Implement a standardized taxonomy and folder structure for easy navigation
• Assign and update metadata for digital assets to enhance searchability and categorization
• Manage user permissions and access levels within the DAM system
• Integrate DAM workflows with other systems and tools used across the organization
• Collaborate with content creators to streamline upload and retrieval process
• Provide training sessions for users on how to use the DAM system efficiently
• Conduct regular audits to ensure copyright compliance
