Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Mexico City is seeking a Customs & Trade Compliance Coordinator to ensure import/export operations comply with local regulations and global trade requirements. This is a hands-on position within the Global Supply Chain department, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The role partners with internal teams and external service providers to maintain regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence, and manage documentation, licenses, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export processes ensuring compliance with local and global policies.
• Verify licenses, certificates of origin, tariff classifications and other trade requirements.
• Support customs-related financial processes including tax reconciliation and invoicing.
• Maintain import/export records and compliance documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations.
