Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of HS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and forward freight to designated locations and coordinate with international and domestic carriers.
• Prepare customs entries and follow up with the clearance process on all entries prepared.
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor.
• Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations.
• Resolve finance and accounting reconciliation issues related to shipments.
• File entries to customs via GBS-CM accurately and timely.
• Scan entries into imaging systems as required and meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports and analyses using various software and databases.
• Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues and communicate with customers and foreign origins.
• Establish and maintain client relationships to support operations.
• Be available for weekend shifts on a rotating basis and holidays as needed.
