Scale Army Careers seeks a Financial & Controlling Specialist to maintain the general ledger accuracy, support month-end close, and analyze financial performance in IFRS and US GAAP environments.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports AI-enabled finance initiatives, and leverages SAP for financial reporting. Hybrid arrangement in Mexico City or Toluca with occasional travel to the U.S. 3–4 times per year.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience preparing financial statements and month-end close.
• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Preferred: manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting background.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Review IFRS and US GAAP compliant financial statements.
• Analyze variances, perform reconciliations, and provide insights.
• Support SAP-led financial processes and AI-enabled workflows.
