RS Group is seeking an Operational Excellence and CI Lead for GSBS to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You will coordinate CI programs, work with the Performance & Reporting and Automation teams, and embed CI practices in regional operations.

Formación

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Management experience leading CI professionals (min 5 yrs).
• Experience in Global Business Services or shared services environments.
• Experience coaching CI professionals and delivering measurable improvements.
• Ability to apply DMAIC and VSM to solve operational problems and guide others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within GSBS.
• Coordinate CI portfolio and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Performance & Reporting and Automation teams to translate insight into action.
• Coach leaders and teams to embed CI practices in day-to-day operations.
• Prioritise CI opportunities and ensure data-informed outcomes.
