SupportYourApp is seeking a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to optimize creator projects, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-functional workflows in a fully remote setup.

You will manage operations, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements while using Spanish and English to support a global community. The role offers USD compensation and a supportive leadership culture.

Formación

• Native Spanish and English communication at C1 level are required.
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or re-training.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements.
