Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Materials Planning to lead the end-to-end materials planning strategy and commercialization agenda. The role focuses on ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory investment, and enabling initiatives across innovation, renovation, productivity, and material-change programs.

As a senior leader, you will establish the strategy, governance, and operating model to deliver growth while protecting service, cost, and continuity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
• +10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, material planning, or logistics with leadership.
• Proven expertise in Demand Planning, ERP, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and oversee material planning strategies to meet production demands and inventory targets.
• Lead and manage the demand planning function, collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams.
• Utilize and optimize ERP systems for material planning, inventory control, and visibility.
• Manage inventory levels across the supply chain to minimize obsolescence and maximize turns.
• Oversee logistics and planning operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective material flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with production planning to align material availability with schedules.
• Develop relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and managing performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of planning professionals and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the supply chain function.
