Expeditors in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Brokerage Service Center Agent to support operations with accurate data entry, strong customer service, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will use company systems to process transactions, maintain client records, and communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant service and smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 3 months to 1 year of data entry or training experience.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word preferred.
