Sensient Technologies seeks a Billing Specialist to support accurate financial reporting in a dynamic, international environment. You will generate invoices, credit memos, and debit memos, while ensuring timely billing and adherence to customer requirements.

The role emphasizes ERP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English, with opportunities to collaborate onsite five days a week and grow professionally within finance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing process including generation of invoices, credit memos, and debit memos.
• Monitor the re-billing process and ensure timely invoicing.
• Send invoices to customers according to their requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, finance, or a related field or equivalent years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems and in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
