Expeditors Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage billing, collections, and data entry with a focus on accuracy and timely reconciliations.

The role requires at least 2 years of AR experience, strong communication, and adherence to company policies. The candidate will participate in ongoing training (52 hours/year) and collaborate with the finance team to ensure cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Proficient data entry and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Record receipts in accounting system and allocate to remittances.
• Generate and deliver timely Statements; perform reconciliations.
• Maintain filing per internal/local retention policies.
• Identify and follow up on problem accounts; build relationships with customers.
