Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Global Sales Operations and AI Solutions Consultant within the Cloud Vendor Management Organization (VMO) to accelerate digital transformation through extended workforce strategies and AI-enabled solutions.

You will co-create delivery models with partners, lead strategic engagements, and drive data-driven improvements across the sales funnel while collaborating with Google Cloud leadership and delivery partners globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience managing extended workforce B2B business development or inside sales operations within the technology industry.
Experience designing operating models that integrate internal teams with external partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Move beyond traditional vendor management to actively co-create and architect delivery models with strategic partners.
Act as a management consultant to Google Cloud sales leadership. Conceptually design and architect complex extended workforce engagements.
Identify, scope, and implement opportunities to embed AI-driven automation and GenAI tools into the partner ecosystem.
Advocate operational excellence across the sales funnel. Identify systemic operational gaps and design scaled workflows.
Establish modern, data-driven governance frameworks that prioritize business outcomes and lead executive business reviews.
