Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to join our AI Strategy & Transformation team in a hybrid role. Location options include Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, reporting to the AI Strategy & Transformation Lead.

You will design AI training programs for global teams, develop learning content, track adoption metrics, and support AI literacy initiatives across the organization. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Learning & Development or related fields are preferred, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Strong facilitation, presentation.
• Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce, change management, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design AI training programs for global teams.
