Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Project Manager to join our Hybrid team across Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. You will report to the AI Strategy & Transformation Lead and drive project plans, timelines, and governance for AI initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, track milestones, maintain dashboards, and drive pilot and launch activities to deliver scalable AI solutions with impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in program leadership.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, CRM, or related technologies.
• PM certifications such as PMP/Agile/Scrum/PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 or more years of experience.
• Experience leading programs.
• Advanced Level of English
• Experience with AI, automation, digital products, analytics, CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related certifications.
