Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to design AI training programs for global teams and develop learning content. You will support AI literacy across GSM, track adoption metrics, and partner with AI Ambassadors.

Bachelors degree and 3+ years in Learning & Development or related fields are required; experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Salesforce is highly desirable. The role is hybrid in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.

• Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
• Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for business users.
• Experience with AI, digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
