Job summary
Rockwell Automation seeks an AI Enablement Specialist to drive AI training for global teams in a hybrid work model across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. You will design content, support literacy programs, track adoption, and coordinate with AI ambassadors to ensure successful rollouts.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in learning and development or related fields, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years in Learning & Development, Enablement, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
- Able to translate technical concepts into practical business terms.
- Experience with AI, Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design AI training programs for global teams.
- Develop learning content and communications.
- Support AI literacy programs for GSM.
- Track adoption metrics.
- Partner with AI Ambassadors.
- Facilitate office hours and training events.
