Aon Corporation is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Record to Report (R2R) team supporting North America and the Caribbean. You will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records across entities including Canada, Bermuda, Barbados, Cayman Islands and U.S.

Captives, collaborating with Controllership, Finance and Audit teams globally. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, supporting month-end close

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (reconciliations, journal entries, general accounting).
• Intermediate to advanced English, written and spoken.
• Excel proficiency; Workday and/or Trintech experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and post journal entries (regular, delegated and ad-hoc).
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and follow up on aging items.
• Support month-end close activities and banking close processes for Canada & Bermuda.
• Prepare depreciation and asset-related entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests, SOX testing and self-assessment reviews.
• Contribute to revenue recognition reviews and process automation initiatives (e.g.,Trintech, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to share guidelines and drive continuous improvement.
