Aon plc in Mexico City is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join the Record to Report (R2R) team supporting North America & the Caribbean. You will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records across entities including Canada, Bermuda, Barbados, Cayman Islands and U.S.

Captives, collaborating with Controllership, Finance and Audit teams across the region. The role offers exposure to international accounting practices, process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g.,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience (reconciliations, journal entries, general accounting).
• English: intermediate to advanced, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and/or Trintech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open/aging items.
• Support month-end close activities and banking close processes for Canada & Bermuda.
• Manage fixed/assets depreciation reclass entries.
• Assist with internal/external audits, SOX testing and reviews.
• Support revenue recognition reviews and process automation initiatives (Trintech, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to share guidelines and drive improvement.
