Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Accounting is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in general accounting.
• Knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting and tax regulations.
• Monthly closing and reconciliations (IVA/CFDI) are essential.

Aufgaben

• General accounting procedures and perform the monthly closing process for Sites.
• Review and validate the cash application for the invoices collected during the month.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations every month for different balance accounts.
• Prepare monthly income and expense reconciliations.
• Register and analyze Hedges monthly.
• Ensure accuracy of taxes recorded, especially VAT.
• Generate monthly payment complements for invoices to meet tax requirements.
• Review Treasury, ICA & ZBA; ensure correct recording and reconciliation.
• Prepare accruals for benefits such as EPS, Estate Tax, and insurances.
• Support and/or lead process improvements and standard work.
• Maintain teamwork and drive departmental goals; support site and corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate with Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits.
