Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Mexican CPA or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory/management experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of NIF/Mexican GAAP and Mexican tax requirements.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with strong written and spoken communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for Mexico entity per NIF/Mexican GAAP.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordination with local advisors.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidation reporting.
• Develop the local accounting team and drive process improvements.
