Placements24 is seeking a Store Manager for its Tlaquepaque location. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include coaching a team, implementing merchandising standards, monitoring performance, controlling costs, and guaranteeing compliance with policies. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee inventory levels and replenishment for accuracy.
