Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Gerente de Tienda de Moda Juvenil to lead our flagship store in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. The role requires strategic leadership to drive sales, manage inventory, and guide a high-performing team focused on youth fashion retail.

The ideal candidate will have fashion retail experience, strong P&L knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant store environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience managing sales teams.
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends and youth market.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L management and inventory control.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and hit targets in a competitive retail setting.
• Experience with visual merchandising and store layout planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve store revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Curate and execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance product appeal and drive customer traffic.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to optimize availability and minimize loss.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery in the Tlalnepantla store.
• Manage store budget and control expenses effectively.
