Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
