The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in plant or operations management with a track record in sustainable manufacturing, strong leadership, and financial acumen to manage budgets and P&L effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management or operations management, with a significant focus on manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices and environmental management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a workforce.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001).
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector within Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas or the surrounding region is advantageous.
