You will implement policies, monitor KPIs, and lead remote staff with strong communication. This position emphasizes operational excellence and scalable growth within a dynamic restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in multi-unit restaurant management or operations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams remotely.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistent brand standards.
