Placements24 is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Specialist for our client, a major airline operator, at our Saltillo hub. You will oversee maintenance programs, ensure airworthiness, reliability, and safety for the assigned fleet.

The role requires leadership, collaboration with engineering, regulatory bodies, and vendors, and meticulous management of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize flight disruption, while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or fleet management within the aviation industry
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and maintenance procedures
• Understanding of aviation regulations and airworthiness standards
• Proven troubleshooting experience with complex aircraft issues
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using maintenance information systems and related software
• Desirable certifications (e.g., A&P license, type ratings)

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive maintenance programs for assigned aircraft fleet

About the Role

Our client, a major airline operator, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Maintenance Specialist to manage and oversee the maintenance operations for a specific segment of their aircraft fleet. This is an on-site position based at our hub in Saltillo, Coahuila, MX . You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness, reliability, and safety for the assigned aircraft. This role involves close coordination with maintenance crews, engineering teams, regulatory bodies, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant aviation regulations. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will play a crucial part in planning and executing scheduled maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and modifications, ensuring minimal disruption to flight schedules while maintaining compliance and safety.
