Systlabs in Toluca, Mexico is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities for forging operations. You will manage a 23-person maintenance team, oversee preventive and corrective programs, and ensure optimal performance of headers, presses, hammers, furnaces, and shot blasters.

You will present results to senior U.S. leadership and drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime.

Formación

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or forging environments.
• Strong technical background in machinery management and upkeep.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Ability to present maintenance results to senior leadership in the U.S.

Role Overview:
