About the Role Our client, a premier property management group overseeing several large residential complexes in Zapopan, Jalisco , is seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Cleaning and Pest Control. This leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive cleaning and pest management programs to ensure a safe, sanitary, and appealing living environment for all residents. The Manager will lead a team of cleaning and maintenance staff, manage vendor relationships for specialized services, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. A strong understanding of sanitation best practices, pest identification and eradication, and budget management is crucial.
