About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor de Limpieza Comercial de Alto Tráfico to lead their cleaning operations at a prominent commercial complex in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Motivate and guide the cleaning team to achieve optimal performance and maintain high morale. Report on cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage to management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry, preferably in commercial or retail environments. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
