Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Services Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of commercial properties in Zapopan, Jalisco. The role combines strategic planning at the office with on-site supervision and client meetings.

You will lead cleaning supervisors and staff, manage budgets, implement service standards, and build strong relationships with clients while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in managing commercial cleaning or facility management with leadership.
• Proven track record developing and implementing cleaning programs and operational strategies.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.
• Excellent financial acumen with budget management and cost control experience.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid environment with on-site responsibilities in Zapopan, Jalisco.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning programs and service standards for commercial clients.
• Manage, train, and motivate cleaning supervisors and staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for cleaning operations across the portfolio.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of all service sites, ensuring adherence to standards and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring efficient procurement and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement new technologies and best practices to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all contracted services.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
