Placements24 is partnering with a leading agricultural enterprise in Culiacán to hire a Senior Farm Manager. You will lead strategic planning, oversee large farming teams, and drive sustainable, profitable crop operations.

You will manage irrigation, soil and pest strategies, ensure regulatory and food-safety compliance, and coordinate with R&D on new varieties and techniques. Strong leadership and decision-making are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in agricultural management with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing large-scale farming operations, preferably in regions similar to Culiacán, Sinaloa.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, pest and disease control, and agtech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with farm management software and standard office apps.
• Willingness to travel within operational areas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for crop production, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processes.
• Manage and supervise a diverse team of farm workers, agronomists, and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards.
• Oversee the allocation and efficient use of resources, including water, fertilizers, pesticides, and machinery.
• Monitor crop health, identify potential risks, and implement timely interventions to mitigate issues.
