About the Role

Our client, a diversified manufacturing group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Gerente de Compras de Materiales Indirectos to lead their procurement efforts for non-production related goods and services in Morelia, Michoacán, MX . This critical role is responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect categories, including facilities management, IT equipment, professional services, travel, and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of indirect spend management, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Requirements

• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful indirect sourcing strategies and achieving significant cost savings.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing diverse supplier relationships and complex contracts.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
