Importante Empresa Del Sector seeks an Innovation Manager to lead the development of new ideas and categories within the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. You will identify trends, opportunities, and drive a sustainable innovation engine while inspiring teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

You will build a strong innovation team, shape long-term strategy, and connect innovation goals with business objectives to deliver measurable impact.

Manager accountable for innovation development from new idea creation, developing innovations that respond to trends, identifying opportunities, and inspiring innovation based on unmet, or new consumer needs.

· Identifying innovation trends and business opportunities within the market.

· Leading a team to enhance the innovative potential of the business.

· Developing, strategizing, and planning new interventions that will drive innovation.

· Creating and overseeing a comprehensive long-term innovation strategy for the company.

· Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the

company.

· Presenting new ideas and approaches to high-level stakeholders.

· Connecting innovation goals and business strategies.
