Mondelez México is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the brand portfolio strategy and enable consumer-centric growth. You will develop annual plans, allocate resources, and provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and marketing campaigns that deliver revenue and profit forecasts.

With deep consumer insights and strong brand positioning, you will implement 360-degree campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional regional teams to accelerate growth.

Formación

• Understanding consumer behavior in consumer goods in matrix environments.
• Experience creating a seamless consumer experience.
• Ability to manage objectives beyond brand and budget.
• Strong analytics and creativity balancing commercial and strategic thinking.
• Experience leading and influencing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in markets with diverse economies is a plus.

How You Will Contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
