Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and enhancement of processes and procedures on operations activities.
• Training of customs related operational personnel.
• Day to day management of multiple customs optimization programs.
• Responsible for customs auditing
• Coordination of regulatory compliance in customs with other internal responsible parties
• Supervise work of assistants/clerks/coordinators.
• Ensure the quality (accuracy, completeness) of customs data.
• Support the efforts of the compliance area
• Customs Brokers Coordination

Job description

§ Coordinate all Import/ Export Operations Internal & External.

§ Management of the Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30

§ Imports and Exports. (Raw material, Machinery and equipment, MRO’S, Chemicals, Finished goods, Reworks)

§ Invoicing

§ Day to day management of customs activities related to the implemented programs (Seals, plates, etc)

§ Shipping Data Processing

§ Customs documents audit and validation.
