GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Pensacola Generator Finance Leader to partner with Global Supply Chain as the finance lead for the Pensacola generator manufacturing site in Florida. The role drives capex, ROI, and KPI delivery, and coordinates financial planning, reporting, and control across functions.

You will lead planning, MOR, and closing, work with auditors, and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes while advancing LEAN practices across the GSC. Travel up to 10% is required.

Formación

• Prior domain expertise in supply chain finance.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of accounting policies and practices, including standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Ops Leaders to set Pensacola-specific strategy around SQDC and cost optimization.
• Lead manufacturing finance activities including planning, MOR, and closing.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and auditor relationships.
• Communicate links between operations and financial variance drivers.
• Leverage COE tools and predictive analytics to enhance finance activities.
• Evaluate short- and long-term site reinvestment to meet ROI targets.
• Communicate risks/opportunities and impact on KPIs.
• Drive LEAN culture and standardization across Global Supply Chain.
• Provide insights to actual costs and align roadmap for cost per unit.
• Oversee costing, inventory, COPQ, and physical inventory processes and controls.
• Perform financial audits and remediation with plant controls.
• Handle ad hoc requests like make vs. buy analytics.
