Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing; steam, air and hot water sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across sales, engineering, procurement, operations, and finance.
• Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead the design and implementation of growth strategies leveraging market insights and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate performance and profitability.

• Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
