Qualifications

• Titulación en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en General Ledger, R2R, Fixed Assets o procesos contables relacionados.
• Conocimiento sólido de principios contables y reportes financieros.
• Experiencia en cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
• Experiencia en conciliaciones de cuentas y análisis de variaciones.

Responsabilités

• Ejecutar y supervisar General Ledger, R2R y activos fijos para operaciones en América.
• Liderar cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales con exactitud y a tiempo.
• Gestionar ciclo de activos fijos y su control contable.
• Realizar conciliaciones contables y analizar variaciones para identificar desviaciones.
• Colaborar con equipos de Finanzas en América para estandarizar procesos regionales.

Lo que disfrutará haciendo

• Execute and oversee General Ledger, Record-to-Report and Fixed Assets activities supporting operations across South America.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely execution.
• Manage and oversee the fixed asset lifecycle, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment and control.
• Perform and review account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct variance analysis, investigating deviations and coordinating corrective actions with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support financial reporting activities and ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting information.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for General Ledger, R2R and Fixed Assets topics, providing guidance to analysts and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, accounting policies and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, maintaining appropriate documentation and ensuring audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance teams across South America to understand local requirements while promoting standardized regional processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize accounting processes across different countries and operations.
• Participate in and lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to R2R, GL and Fixed Assets.
• Coach analysts and support knowledge transfer within the Finance Hub.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex accounting issues and improve end-to-end processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in General Ledger, Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Assets or related accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Experience performing account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of Fixed Assets accounting and lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise highly valued.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• English B2–C1, with the ability to communicate effectively in a regional and international Finance environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with financial information accurately.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different countries and cultures.
• Ability to coach colleagues and share technical accounting knowledge.
