Job summary

Yanfeng in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico is seeking a General Accountant to manage and control financial resources in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will provide accurate financial information to management to support effective decision-making.

The role includes monitoring conversion costs, fixed assets, payables, receivables, and payroll, along with general accounting processes and internal controls compliance including SOX.

• 1–3 years of experience as a General Accountant, Accounting Analyst, or Finance Assistant.
• 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Knowledge of General Accounting processes and principles.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and account reconciliation.
• Understanding of internal controls and financial compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

• Experience with financial systems; QAD preferred.
• Basic knowledge of balance sheet audits and account analysis.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of SOX and other financial control requirements
