A leading IT services firm in Mexico is seeking an experienced Analyst in general accounting. You will handle bank reconciliations, assist the accounting manager, and support audits. A Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, along with a minimum of 4 years experience in general accounting, is required. Proficiency in ERP Oracle and Advanced Excel is essential, alongside excellent communication skills. This role demands a proactive individual who can provide quality service to internal clients.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in general accounting.
• Proactive in identifying changes in legislation.

• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly.
• Assist with monthly closing activities.
• Support internal and external audits with needed information.

We are looking for an experienced Analyst on Guest ledger or general accounting, the activities include, but not limited:

• Bank reconciliations
• Clearance and reconciliation several accounts.
• Prepaid expenses, insurance, travel expense control
• Monthly reports and recos, review trial balance
• Assistance to the accounting manager on monthly closing
• Assistance to audits internal and external – info to prepare
• Support and attention internal and external audits
• Provide good level of service to the internal clients
• Experience on payroll on site entities.
• Proactive identifying changes in legislation and application.

The following are requirements for the role:

• On hands
• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
• Experience in large HC (plus)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting
• Advanced English.
