PwC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the Risk practice focused on developing, testing, and evaluating Generative AI solutions. The role involves end-to-end testing of AI workflows, defect documentation, and collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to improve AI quality.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data science or related fields, hands-on GenAI experience, and strong analytical and English communication skills, with up to 20% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Quality Assurance, Solution Validation, Data Analytics, or related technical disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or AI-powered applications.
• Experience performing testing, validation, quality assurance, or evaluation of technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and GenAI workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-to-end testing of AI workflows, pipelines, and GenAI-powered solutions.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects, limitations, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to improve performance and quality.
• Analyze model outputs and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness and usability.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for AI-enabled products.
• Stay informed about advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to AI testing and evaluation.
